Must Finance Technologies is a fintech company based in India, specialising in payment technologies, AI‑based blockchain solutions, and trading technologies. The firm provides infrastructure and consulting across crypto payments, trading platforms, high‑frequency and algo trading, and hedge fund reporting.
The Role
The Crypto / Digital Asset Trading Operations Associate is responsible for day‑to‑day operational support across digital asset trading, including trade capture, reconciliation, settlement, and basic risk and PnL checks. The role focuses on accuracy, process, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, not on software development or coding.
Responsibilities
Capture and verify crypto / digital asset trades across exchanges, OTC desks, and trading platforms
Perform daily reconciliations of positions, balances, and cash across venues and wallets
Coordinate settlement and resolve breaks with exchanges, brokers, and counterparties
Assist with daily PnL and risk checks, escalating anomalies to trading and risk teams
Maintain operational runbooks, process checklists, and reporting templates
Collaborate with technology and product teams to report issues and improve workflows
Support onboarding of new venues, instruments, and operational processes
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in trading operations, middle office, settlements, or similar roles in financial markets, fintech, or crypto
Practical experience with crypto exchanges or trading platforms (e.g. Binance, OKX, Bybit, Coinbase, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with reconciliations, spreadsheets, and basic reports
Ability to work in a structured, process‑driven way with clear documentation
Good communication skills in English; Cantonese / Mandarin is a plus
Based in Hong Kong and legally authorised to work there
No coding experience required; ability to work with technology teams on issue reporting is expected
Compensation
Base Salary: $70,000–$110,000 annually (depending on experience)
Token Allocation: not applicable
Legacy: performance-based bonus
