Role Overview:
As a Customer Specialist, you will act as the primary contact for users, offering support via email, chat, phone, and social media. From account access and billing inquiries to technical troubleshooting, your objective will be to ensure a seamless, efficient, and high-quality experience from the first interaction through final resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver timely and professional support across various communication platforms
Assist users with account setup, password recovery, billing matters, and identity verification
Diagnose and resolve technical issues while keeping customers updated on progress
Maintain a polite, solution-driven tone in every interaction
Accurately log and manage cases in line with internal guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and service efficiency
Share insights and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and overall support quality
Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
