Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. The Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager will manage day-to-day project operations, coordinate tasks and timelines, liaise between teams, oversee progress, and ensure projects are completed effectively and within deadlines. Responsibilities also include organizing meetings, maintaining project documentation, and assisting in the overall project planning and execution process. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle project coordination and multitasking efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration among various stakeholders Proficiency in using project management tools and software Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate project documentation Problem-solving and adaptability skills to address project challenges and changes seamlessly Previous experience in project coordination or management is an advantage Educational background in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
