A Senior Customer Service at our client will have the following responsibilities:

  • You support several sites for our client remotely.
  • You are the sole responsible of the quality of every customer interaction.
  • You ensure a warm, professional service.
  • You promote a customer‑focused mindset, with emphasis on solution‑oriented support.
  • You collect and analyze customer feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.
  • You contribute to improvements in sales and service flows by collaborating with various teams.
  • You continuously develop your expertise in the technical aspects of our client's products so you can advise customers and colleagues efficiently, professionally, and with confidence.

The Successful Applicant
The Ideal Senior Customer Service at our client would have the following skills :

  • Practical and customer‑oriented, with a positive and solution‑driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French.
  • Interest to gain technical knowledge about our client's product.
