Hotel Amigo is set among the cobbled streets of Brussels, just around the corner from the picturesque Grand Place, one of the most beautiful squares in the world. A former prison, it became a hotel in 1957, just in time to host royals, celebrities and VIPs for the Brussels World's Fair. Although much has changed since then, we remain true to our name - our team is friendly, warm and waiting to greet you.

Are you passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a charming and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for welcoming guests, ensuring a smooth stay and managing guest departures.

Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Welcomes guests, provides necessary information and carries out check-in/out administration
• Monitors guests arrivals and departures
• Processes all documents related to room rentals and guest stays
• Ensures seamless communications with other departments regarding operational instructions
• Handles telephone communications and manages mails
• Handle guest requests, resolves problems and complaints, attentive to guest needs
• Maintain all procedures and adheres to them within the Rocco Forte Hotels guidelines and company values
