Role Overview:
As a Content Reviewer, you will review user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform rules and community standards. Your keen eye for detail, balanced judgment, and objective decision-making will play a key role in maintaining a secure and respectful online environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review various content formats, including text, images, videos, and links, to confirm adherence to moderation guidelines
Apply platform policies consistently, making fair and well-reasoned decisions
Manage user appeals with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
Collaborate with internal teams to safeguard content quality and platform integrity
Analyze activity patterns to identify potential risks and take appropriate action
Contribute suggestions to improve moderation tools, workflows, and overall efficiency
Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
