Akkodis is part of the Adecco Group. You can find more information on our website : Mission As Equipment Automation Project Engineer, you will join a dynamic team in a newly established pilot plant. This facility is dedicated to producing cutting-edge pharmaceuticals for clinical studies using the latest aseptic manufacturing technologies. The production process includes formulation, preparation, filling, and freeze-drying. As part of the startup team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to building an innovative production environment and advance your technical skills. This role involves supporting the project and production teams in understanding and optimizing various equipment, ensuring smooth operations from the engineering phase through routine production Your responsibilities Support project work by executing tests during equipment commissioning and qualification Understand the production process and equipment through hands-on experience and design documents Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or automation-related issues independently Develop smaller mechanical or programmatic designs to enhance process robustness Learn PLC and software integration of the equipment for seamless operations What skills do you bring to the table? Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or Master's in Industrial or Civil Engineering Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or food industry Proficiency in HMI (SCADA WinCC) and basic PLC systems (Siemens, Rockwell) BA4/BA5 training and Six Sigma certification (Green or Yellow Belt) are advantageous Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong communication skills Our recruitment process Stage 1: Initial telephone interview (15 min) with @Bo, Talent Acquisition Specialist.
