Vice President of Finance-Overseas


Key Responsibilities
Overseas Financial Management Framework
Lead the financial strategy and implementation for the Group's overseas retail operations, establishing a financial management system that complies with multi‑country regulations.
Oversee accounting, tax planning, treasury management, and internal controls across overseas subsidiaries to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Full‑Scope Financial Management
Manage the budgeting, forecasting, execution monitoring, and analysis of overseas business to support growth and profitability.
Lead the consolidation of overseas financial statements and regularly report to Group on financial performance, operational results, and risk alerts.
Business Support & Decision‑Making
Deeply participate in major projects such as overseas expansion, M&A, and supply chain finance, providing financial analysis and decision support.
Promote finance‑business integration, assisting business teams in understanding financial metrics to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Compliance & Risk Management
Monitor changes in tax and regulatory policies across overseas countries to mitigate tax and compliance risks.
Establish internal control processes overseas to ensure data accuracy and fund security.
Team Building & Cross‑Cultural Management
Build and develop local finance teams abroad, fostering the integration of Group financial culture with local practices.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other institutions to protect the Company's interests.
QualificationsMandatory Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification required.
At least 10 years of financial experience, including a minimum of 5 years in overseas financial management.
Proven experience in full‑scope financial management and familiarity with multi‑country financial operations in the retail industry.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken) as a working language, capable of direct communication with overseas teams and external stakeholders.
Big Four background is preferred, demonstrating solid professional knowledge and an international perspective.

Excellent cross‑functional communication and coordination skills, able to drive complex issue resolution.
Strategic mindset with strong execution ability, adaptable to fast‑paced and dynamic international environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as an overseas finance head or product line finance leader in a well‑known manufacturing or retail company.
Prior experience in overseas retail, consumer electronics, or FMCG industries is a plus.
