Operation Support Office service Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the IT Chapters organization, including schedule meetings, prepare agendas, manage day-to-day office operations.
Prepare and update Confluence documentation, presentations, reports, and KPI dashboards using PowerPoint and Power BI to support decision-making and transparent communication towards our stakeholders.
Track and manage tasks and support resource requests in Jira, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Drive process improvement initiatives (e.g. L&D, KPI) and contribute to the evolution of internal practices (change & transition management).
Facilitate clear communication and proactive coordination among stakeholders in Belgium and Germany (e.g. HR, Procurement, Controlling, Customers) to ensure effective collaboration and compliance.
Requirements:
3+ years proven experiences in similar position (preferably in an IT or corporate environment).
Relevant degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related fields
Service oriented and ability to work autonomously
Able to document processes and guidelines to larger audience
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Jira and Confluence
