PMO Manager


Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, offering some work-from-home flexibility. The PMO Manager / PMO Director will oversee and lead project portfolio management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include implementing and improving business processes, managing resources effectively, and driving successful delivery of programs and projects. The role will also involve identifying risks, enhancing operational efficiencies, and ensuring timely completion of organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience in Project Management and Program Management to ensure successful deliverables and project execution
Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management and Resource Management for effective prioritization and allocation of resources
Expertise in Business Process Improvement to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency
Strong understanding of leadership principles and the ability to align projects with the organization's strategic objectives
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus
Experience working in corporate environments or with high-level business executives is highly desirable
