Junior Implementation Consultant

Our software, \"Miles\", is an ERP software for finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management in the automotive industry. It is a complex end-to-end solution that includes front, mid and back office functions and can be extensively customized to the customer's needs through configuration. Our customers are leasing and financing companies from the automotive industry.

You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit and play an important role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Sofico's solution to support and enhance business processes. By collaborating closely with clients and project teams, you will design, implement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the customer needs.

• Assist in analyzing and documenting customer requirements.
• Support the assessment of existing Miles functionality and contribute ideas for solution directions.
• Help develop, configure, and document solution designs under guidance from senior colleagues.
• Participate in unit testing to ensure quality and reliability.
• Contribute to the delivery and handover of solutions to customers.
• Support data migration, document management, and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and the team to ensure solutions align with the product's roadmap.

What else is expected:

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and fluent in English.
• Some experience (internships, student jobs, or early career) in a configuration, IT, or consulting role is a plus.
• Interest in the software implementation lifecycle.
• Analytical mindset with the ambition to translate business needs into solutions.
• Willingness to learn system configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Problem-solving attitude with good attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to engage with colleagues and customers.
• Familiarity with ERP software or the automotive/financial services sectors is an advantage, but not required.
