We’re looking for a Lawyer in Investment Funds & ESG.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the intricate legal and regulatory landscape for investment funds regulation.
• Provide pragmatic, business‑oriented solutions to client transactions across fund, real estate, and private equity transactions.
• Advise clients on ESG and sustainability from policy incorporation to stakeholder dialogue and sustainable financing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners – Business Law, Employment Law, Tax Law, Public Law – and PwC consulting teams across borders.
• Maintain high client satisfaction while working within budgetary and time constraints.

Qualifications

• Belgian Master’s degree in law; LL.M. is an advantage.
• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in financial law with a law firm, financial institution, or international organisation.
• Experience in investment funds regulations and/or ESG and sustainability matters is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; excellent presentation, fluent writing, and IT knowledge are valuable assets.
• Project management skills and a team‑player attitude with good communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
