Data architect

Overview

Nexeo is currently looking for a Data Architect for one of the leading financial institution in Belgium.

Nexeo is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance and insurance sectors in all phases of their transformation projects: from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions.

As a Data Architect, you will be responsible of the following tasks:

• Work in collaboration with IT architects and data engineers
• Help to translate the prepared conceptual architecture into technical architecture (modeling of data management, storage and analysis systems, definition of data sources, collection of metadata, etc.)
• Assist in the drafting of the Invitation to Tender
• Understanding and be able to translate the needs around the data into technical specifications

Profile

• Master's degree in computer science, information technology or another relevant field of study
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience
• Excellent level of French AND English
• At least 5 years of proven experience in the development of a D&A platform (e.g. conceptual/technical architectures, tools, data governance) as well as experience in coordinating business and technical teams in a multicultural environment
• Attention to detail and a good communication
