Role Description
We are seeking a part-time Freelance Customer Service representative for Scandinavia as part of our MedTech team in Belgium. As part of this hybrid role, you will work primarily in Antwerp Metropolitan Area with some opportunities to work from home. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, resolving service issues, handling phone communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an excellent customer experience. You will play a key role in supporting our Scandinavian market and ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service processes
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
Professional Phone Etiquette and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently
Fluency in Norwegian and English is required (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
Familiarity with MedTech products or related industries is an advantage
Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment (remote and in-office)
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
