Job Purpose This position works closely with Manager of Corporate Communications to lead the Agency's social media presence and event management to assist in Agency's publicity enhancement. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementation of integrated communication strategies aligned with organisational priorities and humanitarian values; Assist in planning and executing a calendar of corporate events, from concept development and logistics coordination to promotion and post-event evaluation, ensuring they effectively support brand and business development objectives; Collaborate with programme teams to craft compelling narratives, photo stories, and multimedia content that highlight the impact of HKRC's humanitarian work; Support social media and digital communication initiatives, including monitoring engagement and suggesting content improvements to strengthen audience reach and impact; Execute various mass media marketing campaigns to promote the Agency and contribute to brand building; Assist in internal communications and cross-departmental coordination as needed; and Perform other duties as assigned by the management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 3 years work experience with a strong track record and portfolio of various projects; Proven professional experience in a corporate communications role with a strong focus on social media management; Hands-on experience with social media platforms and analytics tools; Experience in managing corporate events from planning to execution; Experience in basic video editing and use of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is a definite advantage; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences; Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and oral (including Putonghua); Previous work experience in NGOs is a definite advantage.
