Scope The HR Director for Les Tartes de Françoise will be a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the rest of the leadership team. 1. HR Strategy & executive partnership Design and implement a clear HR vision, aligned with our growth strategy and transformation journey Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team on all people and organisational topics Lead change and transformation initiatives from a people perspective 2. Talent, Performance & Culture Build and execute a forward-looking retention and recruitment strategy for our retail network and head office (incl. interim workers, students and flexis), and directly recruit candidates Embed a strong talent development and performance management framework (evaluation, succession, leadership development, training roadmap) Strengthen a culture rooted in care, customer focus, ownership, and entrepreneurial spirit 3. HR Operations & governance Lead and structure the HR function (team of 2), ensuring operational excellence and scalability Oversee payroll, personnel administration and full compliance with Belgian social law Structure a coherent and competitive, cost-optimized compensation & benefits framework that drives performance Upgrade and simplify our HR systems 4. Social relations Lead social relations and represent the company in discussions with employee representatives and unions, together with the CEO 5.
