Job Summary
Perform arrival and departure procedure with guests of Club Level
Handle guests' inquiries in a professional and timely manner to exceed their expectations
Engage with guests by delivering service excellence throughout each guest experience
Job Requirement
Degree/ Higher Diploma in Hospitality or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of guest relations experience in Club Level, knowledge of Beverage & Food service will be an advantage
Pleasant, service-oriented and excellent communications skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
