Logistics is the backbone of our global operations. And you? You make sure everything runs like clockwork — from transport and planning to strategic partnerships with logistics providers.

As a Logistics Manager at Q8Oils, you lead a team, shape our logistics strategy and turn plans into results across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas. You keep a sharp eye on detail while steering the bigger picture.

Work with logistics partners

Together with Procurement, you manage our global 3PL partners. You follow up performance, keep a sharp eye on costs and results, while continuously looking for operational  improvements.

Build new logistics flows
You support the commercial targets by providing qualitative, innovative and cost-effective logistical solutions around the globe.

Balance supply and demand
You oversee monthly planning and forecasting, monitor supplier performance and ensure product availability at all global locations.

Support your team
You coach and develop a 5-person team, encourage ownership, and create a setting where people grow and thrive.

Streamline shipping
Together with your team, you manage global container and isotainer shipping agreements and take care of the related administration.

Support strategy and budget
You contribute to long-term planning, monitor logistics budgets, and explore smarter, more efficient ways of working.

Improve and standardise processes

You implement new procedures, align operations with other teams, and ensure compliance with changing legislation and sustainability goals

Drive logistics projects

You coordinate warehouse setups, work closely with 3PLs, and help turn strategy into daily improvements. 

Keep it safe and compliant

You help ensure that our logistics operations meet Q8Oils and corporate HSSE standards.

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or materials management — ideally with some international exposure

• 3-5 years of  experience in coaching or leading a team

• A good understanding of working with external logistics partners (3PL)

• A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution

• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus

• Solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP; experience with Power BI comes in handy

• APICS certification is a bonus, not a must
