SAP Belgian Payroll Specialist

Enzo Tech Group are working with a Belgian organisation running payroll operations on e-Blox, who require additional delivery support to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuity.

They are seeking a Belgian Payroll Consultant to join them on a contract basis, working 32 hours per week in a highly flexible hybrid model.

This role is focused on the reliable, end-to-end delivery of Belgian payroll operations rather than transformation or system change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and manage monthly Belgian payroll processing using e-Blox

• Perform payroll checks, validations, and reconciliations prior to pay runs

• Ensure ongoing compliance with Belgian payroll legislation, tax, and social security rules

• Collaborate closely with HR and local stakeholders on payroll inputs, changes, and queries

• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, issues, and adjustments

• Maintain accurate payroll documentation, records, and controls

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience running Belgian payroll operations

• Strong working knowledge of e-Blox payroll systems

• In-depth understanding of Belgian payroll legislation (ONSS, withholding tax, labour law)

• Ability to work independently in an operational, delivery-focused role

• Dutch language fluency (mandatory)

Contract Details:

• Duration: Contract role, 32 hours per week

• Location: Belgium-based, with occasional on-site presence required
