Reliability Manager
FREELANCE OPPORTUNITY:
The Maintenance & Reliability team in
Geel
are responsible for the complete operational asset management of the production installations of the
API
and drug product intermediate manufacturing plants of the Geel site, covering both the
manufacturing equipment
and
automation systems . The team is looking for a
Senior Manager Asset Management Maintenance & Reliability
to lead the Maintenance & Reliability team in
Geel .
As Senior Assets Manager, your primary objective is to facilitate break through enhancements in the
manufacturing process , focusing on the
safety ,
quality ,
efficiency ,and
reliability
of our
equipment and systems .
Your responsibilities will include: Leading a diverse maintenance, automation & reliability team by ensuring flawless execution of reactive, preventive and proactive maintenance. Coaching team members & promote the ‘Technical Qualitative Ownership’ culture. Taking technical ownership of manufacturing assets: identifying improvement projects,optimizing maintenance strategies and ensuring the right spare parts are available. Collaborate with customers in the Commercial Manufacturing Supply organization such as Operations, Engineering and Planning to align on priorities both in the short and the long term. Driving digital technological innovations, such as implementing continuous sensor technologies to improve maintenance plans and constructing online reliability dashboards.
