Your function
As their next environmental lawyer, you will help clients to acquire and defend permits, represent operators in constitutional, administrative, civil and repressive litigation, assist in contractual issues, team up on mergers and acquisitions and advocate legislative and regulatory evolution.
You are the trusted legal partner of a diverse clientele, consisting of international corporations, local SMEs, start-ups and established operators. The clients are active in a variety of industries: environmental and energy utilities, distributors as well as operators in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, real estate and logistic sectors, among others.
You will represent individual corporations as well as industry associations, commercial companies and operators in the social economy sector.
Developing long-term relationships with the clients is an essential part of your responsibilities.
Your profile
You have at least 4 years of professional experience as an environmental lawyer
You have a sense for entrepreneurship
You are Dutch-speaker and are fluent in English, with at least a good passive knowledge of French
You are mature and can work autonomously
You are a professional in your work, yet have a certain flair which enables you to build rapport with your clients and colleagues
