Hiring: Project/Delivery Manager – Agile Banking Environment

Location: Belgium | Hybrid: 50% On-site / 50% Remote

Languages: French (Fluent), English (Fluent), Dutch (a plus)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project/Delivery Manager to join our Agile Tribe in a dynamic banking environment. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives, coordinating multiple squads and removing impediments to progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate project deliveries across squads
• Ensure deadlines, quality, and budgets are met
• Remove blockers and align teams with strategic goals
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and security standards
• Produce dashboards, KPIs, and steering committee reports
• Collaborate across teams and communicate daily with the IT Tribe Lead

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree (Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent)
• Agile Project Management certification; PMI/PMP knowledge a plus
• Minimum 10 years in IT project management, including 3+ years in complex Agile environments
• Banking sector experience is a plus

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban
• Tools: Jira, Confluence
• Proven experience in project management and delivery
