Hiring: Project/Delivery Manager – Agile Banking Environment
Location: Belgium | Hybrid: 50% On-site / 50% Remote
Languages: French (Fluent), English (Fluent), Dutch (a plus)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project/Delivery Manager to join our Agile Tribe in a dynamic banking environment. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives, coordinating multiple squads and removing impediments to progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate project deliveries across squads
- Ensure deadlines, quality, and budgets are met
- Remove blockers and align teams with strategic goals
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and security standards
- Produce dashboards, KPIs, and steering committee reports
- Collaborate across teams and communicate daily with the IT Tribe Lead
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree (Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent)
- Agile Project Management certification; PMI/PMP knowledge a plus
- Minimum 10 years in IT project management, including 3+ years in complex Agile environments
- Banking sector experience is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban
- Tools: Jira, Confluence
- Proven experience in project management and delivery
