About the job

This is a strategic role andyour mission is to generate new bus iness, build long-term client relationships and secure projects by maintaining a high-quality talent pipeline.

Business Development

  • Develop new client accounts (hunting) and grow existing relationships (farming).
  • Focus primarily on Staff missions, with exposure to strategic consulting offerings.
  • Manage long-term B2B sales cycles with senior stakeholders (Head of Product, Directors, C-level).
  • Identify opportunities within large organisations and tech scale-ups.
  • Build trusted, long-term partnerships based on quality and expertise
  • Screen and interview Product Management & Design profiles.
  • Maintain a ready-to-use pool of qualified consultants.
  • Ensure strong matching between client needs and consultant profiles.
  • You work hand in hand with the hiring manager

About the ideal candidate

  • You have min. 3 years of experience minimum in business development within recruitment, staffing, consulting or a similar B2B environment with long sales cycles.
  • You are autonomous, proactive and immediately operational.
  • You have a strong hunting mindset combined with relationship-building skills.
  • You understand complex organisations and know how to sell value, not volume.
  • You are structured, organised and comfortable working with CRM tools.
  • You enjoy being visible in your ecosystem and attending industry events.
  • You are curious, ambitious and genuinely interested in product management environments

Languages

  • French and/or Dutch required
  • Dutch is a strong asset to develop the Flemish market.
