Job Description:

Role:

• As an experienced UX Designer, you will design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of our applications.
• Specifically, you will participate in needs analysis and ensure a thorough understanding of users and their environment to best determine application requirements.
• You will define and plan research methods and participate in recruiting participants to collect the necessary information (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user testing, etc.).
• You will propose the most suitable solution and design low- and high-fidelity interfaces (mobile-first prototyping).
• You will assist analysts and developers in designing user interfaces and ensure that the developed application meets the requirements of users and their environment.
• You will ensure that the graphic design of the applications complies with accessibility standards.
• You will update the Design System.
• You will contribute to service design by proposing user-centered solutions. To achieve this, you will follow an iterative, lab-based design process.
• Throughout the projects, you will maintain regular and effective communication with clients and the team.
• You are bilingual (French and Dutch).
• Applications without a portfolio will be automatically rejected.
