Who we’re looking for This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gent, 3+ years of full-stack experience Strong opinions, loosely held: you care more about shipping value than being right Experience with modern frameworks like React and TypeScript Solid backend experience with Node.js and API design Strong product sense and eye for UX Extensive experience with AI-assisted coding Startup mindset: comfortable moving fast with incomplete information
