Overview
We are looking for an Operations Efficiency Engineer to drive daily operational prioritisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will oversee the follow-up of critical production/operational lots, ensuring close alignment with programme management and the effective deployment of operational resources. You will combine strong analytical capability with hands-on coordination to optimise performance, mitigate risk, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Prioritisation & Execution
Monitor and manage high-priority operational lots on a daily basis
Align with programme management to ensure accurate prioritisation
Coordinate resource allocation to meet delivery timelines and performance targets
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, structure, and analyse operational data to identify trends and performance gaps
Detect bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies
Develop clear dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making
Process Optimisation
Propose and implement measurable, data-driven process improvements
Streamline workflows, logistics flows, and internal operational processes
Apply structured improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement frameworks)
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with operations, supply chain, and programme stakeholders
Translate operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions
Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in operations, operational excellence, data analytics, or business intelligence
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and convert insights into action
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to drive initiatives through influence and structured follow-up
