Strategy Manager / Senior Manager

The role is based in Belgium and you would be working in a small, close team. The ideal candidate is a highly driven, entrepreneurial professional who has an understanding of large, complex environments but can equally feel comfortable in small teams with higher levels of ambiguity and autonomy. Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for the European division , defining sourcing strategies, establishing policies, and driving initiatives to secure the best quality, value, and reliability across products and services. Assess, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships , including evaluating suppliers, setting terms and conditions, consolidating vendor portfolios, and analysing total cost of ownership to support business goals. Manage supplier performance and oversee key contracts , ensuring service levels are met, resolving issues quickly, implementing improvement plans, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain a stable, cost-effective supply base. Lead and develop a geographically dispersed sourcing team , providing clear direction, strengthening capability, and fostering engagement, ownership, and high performance across multiple locations.
