About the Company Are you a Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience? As a Business Analyst, you act as the bridge between business and IT. You translate needs into clear requirements, structure processes, and help deliver solutions that create real value. Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements. Work closely with technical teams to refine user stories, flows and use cases. Perform analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements. You have a Master's Degree Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Experience with requirements gathering, process modelling and analysis. Analytical mindset and experience with Excel, Power BI or similar tools. Fluency in Dutch and proficient in French is a plus
