Service Description
As PMO Support, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting program and project managers in coordination, guidance, and communication activities
Acting as guardian of program/project methodologies
Preparing and following up on steering committees
Ensuring follow-up of initiatives and projects
Coordinating and strengthening communication between Business and IT
Consolidating monthly and quarterly reporting
Maintaining and updating roadmaps
Following up and challenging risks and issues
Monitoring and challenging milestone planning
Preparing and delivering presentations on specific topics
Providing guidance and support to projects on demand
Supporting the development of roadmaps for specific initiatives
Supporting change management activities
Monitoring resources and costs in close collaboration with Program/Project Managers
Requirements
Good level of Dutch and/or French and English
Minimum 4 years of experience in PMO and/or Project Management
Knowledge of PMO and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI standards) is a plus
Experience with program/project management tools (e.g., Sciforma, MS Project, etc.) is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills
Autonomous, organized, and deadline-oriented

Experience in risk identification and mitigation
