We are looking for a Test Engineer to lead the planning, execution, and analysis of product validation tests for one of our clients in the automotive/hybrid transmission sector. Converting test requests into concrete test procedures and defining necessary test equipment Translating abstract test needs into structured test plans Converting mid-to-long-term planning into weekly tasks and solving roadblocks to maintain efficiency Preparing, coordinating, performing data analysis, and reporting development test results Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to identify and solve technical issues Supporting compliance with quality requirements, including ISO 17025 You hold a Master's degree in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent by experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive testing and test facilities Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage technical issues Fluent in English (oral and written) Previous experience in automotive or high-tech manufacturing environments Technical training to develop your skills A corporate culture focused on safety, quality, and innovation Stage 1: Initial telephone interview (15 min) with @Kenny, Talent Acquisition.
