Field Service Engineer_Customer service engineer – Off-Highway

Are you technically skilled and customer-focused? Join Allison Transmissions Bruges as a Customer Service Specialist and become the first point of contact for our customers and service partners. You'll provide remote and on-site support, deliver training, and help ensure our products perform at their best worldwide.

Location & Travel

Base: Bruges, Belgium

Hybrid work: 1 day/week remote (after onboarding)

This role required international travel: approx. 75% Europe, occasional worldwide

Your impact

Provide technical support to customers and service centers. You can perform simple

interventions yourself.

Organize and deliver product training

Prepare service manuals and technical publications

Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on-site

Collaborate closely with OEMs and internal teams

Responsibilities

Develop training and documentation

Support via email (80%) and phone (20%)

Perform field analysis and problem resolution

Advise on complex service issues

Contribute to product improvements

Must-haves

Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics, Automotive or similar

Fluent in English and Dutch

Strong communication and customer focus

Willingness to travel internationally

Recent graduates welcome
