An international group in the city center of Brussels is looking for an Accounting Manager to take charge of a 25-person department in a forward-thinking environment with zero micromanagement.

Profile

• Dutch or French speaker with excellent command of English
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting + ITAA Certified
• At least 7 years of experience in an accountancy firm
• Proven experience in coaching, managing, and developing team members.

Key Tasks

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the team to achieve KPIs and deliver high-quality output.
• Perform global review of client accounts, periodic reporting, annual accounts, VAT and tax returns.
• Manage client relationships, coordinate audits, follow onboarding processes, and prepare commercial proposals.
• Drive process optimization, standardization, and adherence to internal procedures.

• Annual salary up to 100,000 € gross.
