As a
Junior Sourcing Specialist , you will play a central role in identifying, approaching and qualifying technical profiles. This position is designed for early‑career talent who enjoy technology, structured work and initiating conversations with people they don’t yet know.

Mission :
Your mission is to support our recruitment team by generating qualified candidate flow—not waiting for applications but actively creating them.
You will contribute by:
Using our ATS and AI‑powered sourcing tools to identify relevant technical profiles
Mapping talent pools within a competitive market
Proactively contacting candidates via LinkedIn, email and phone
Conducting structured first qualification conversations in English
Assessing experience, technical alignment and mobility
Building and maintaining organized, up‑to‑date talent pipelines
Contributing to continuous improvement of our sourcing strategies
⚡ Responsibilities :
Actively source and engage candidates for technical and industrial roles
Initiate professional outreach and create genuine first contact
Qualify profiles through structured, objective conversations
Document findings and maintain clear pipeline organization
Support the team with sourcing insights, market observations and research
Ensure a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience from the first touchpoint
Profile :
You hold a
Master’s degree
(Engineering, HR, Management, Labour Sciences, Data Analysis, etc.).
You are an early‑career professional
Fluent in English.
Curious about technology and the use of AI tools
Comfortable contacting professionals directly
Structured, analytical and detail‑oriented
Persistent, proactive and solution‑driven
Interested in growing toward an expert recruiter role over time
