Junior Supply Chain Engineer - English required - ALTEN Belgium As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain Engineer, to join our teams and work on client projects located in Brussels. As a Supply Chain Engineer, your main responsibilities will include : Supply Chain Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and facilitate seamless supply chain operations. Inventory control : Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, analyzing demand patterns, and implementing effective replenishment strategies. Data Analysis : Utilize analytical tools and techniques to interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights that support informed decision-making. Build and nurture relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of supply chain processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams such as logistics, finance, and sales to align supply chain activities with overall business goals. Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. ~1 year of experience in supply chain management or a related role. ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data. ~ Fluent in English; additionally French or Dutch is a plus.
