Senior Program Manager – Industrial Greenfield Project Location: Type: Long-term contract, ASAP start We are looking for an accomplished Senior Program Manager to lead the development of a brand-new industrial facility from the ground up. This is a high-responsibility role for a hands-on, strategic leader with extensive experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects. You will oversee the full project lifecycle: from planning and permitting to construction, commissioning, and operational readiness. Lead internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, regulators, and partners. Implement processes and workflows for the new facility. Provide guidance, training, and reporting to leadership teams. 20+ years of experience in industrial project management. ~ Proven track record in building new industrial facilities (“greenfield projects”) . ~ Hands-on experience in multidisciplinary project management. ~ Leadership and team management skills: ability to coach, train, and communicate effectively. ~ Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, energy, or process industries. Established network of industrial or regulatory contacts. Opportunity to lead a high-impact, strategic industrial project .
