Business Development Manager – Wind Energy Location: Antwerpen
We are hiring a Business Development Manager – Wind for a leading international engineering organisation operating within the renewable energy sector.
This is a strategic and hands-on commercial role focused on expanding wind energy service operations across the Benelux region. You will combine commercial growth, operational coordination, and customer relationship management within a highly technical environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Drive growth of Wind service activities across Benelux
Act as key account manager for major customers
Visit client sites regularly to support projects and identify new opportunities
Manage quotations, follow up on opportunities, and monitor project profitability
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and international stakeholders
Support marketing initiatives, trade shows and international wind activities
Improve operational efficiency and ensure excellent customer experience.
Profile:
~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
~5+ years experience in Wind / renewable energy
~ Strong commercial mindset with technical understanding
~ Knowledge of local Wind market
~ Fluent in Dutch and English
~ Willing to travel frequently (Benelux + occasional overnight stays)
