Project Manager Traction Systems & Services - English/French - ALTEN Belgium
The Position As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our teams and work on client projects located in Charleroi.
As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Drive project execution according to QCD objectives Lead and coordinate transversal project teams Serve as the main customer contact, managing communication and expectations Prepare and lead monthly project reviews (planning, financial dashboards, KPIs) Anticipate and manage project risks, conflicts, and crisis situations Ensure reporting accuracy and propose corrective action plans Support the Customer Account Leader in managing profitability and project margins
Your profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management Experience in industrial environments (rail, energy, aerospace, or similar) Proven success managing transversal teams and coordinating complex projects Business-oriented mindset, able to balance technical aspects with financial and strategic priorities You have good communication skills in English and French Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
