continues to grow, we're looking for an

Odoo Business Consultant

to join our team. You'll play a key role in helping businesses streamline their operations with Odoo, guiding them through successful implementations, and ensuring they get the most out of their digital transformation.

We are specifically searching for somebody with

experience within e-commerce and/or retail

environments.

What will you be doing?

Analyze client business processes through workshops and interviews, identifying how they can best be aligned with Odoo. Provide clear, creative, and structured advice on process optimization, system configuration, and potential improvements. Translate business needs into functional documentation for our development team—technical manuals don’t intimidate you. Validate and test the Odoo environment to ensure it meets client expectations. Train key users, create documentation, and support clients in adopting their new systems. Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and fellow consultants—because the best solutions come from strong teamwork.

Who are we looking for?

You have

experience within e-commerce and/or retail

environment. You are

entrepreneurial, proactive, and confident in decision-making . You enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills. You’re not afraid of complexity and love solving business challenges. You have a

strong client-focused mindset

and can translate needs into clear solutions. You thrive in a

team-driven environment

where collaboration is key.

Bonus points if you:

Have experience with

ERP implementations, business process optimization, or functional consultancy . Have a

consulting background

and are used to working with various stakeholders. Are fluent in

Dutch and English —extra languages are always a plus.
