USP of the role: Be the key player in managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting Windows & Azure environments within a diverse IT infrastructure, impacting multiple teams and partners.

🎯 YOUR ROLE

As an IT Infrastructure Systems Engineer , you ensure the IT environment is stable, secure, and high-performing . You maintain and troubleshoot Windows & Azure systems, automate processes, support colleagues and external partners, and contribute to smooth 3rd line support and monitoring.

📌 YOUR TASKS

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows & Azure systems
• Troubleshoot server, network, and infrastructure issues
• Monitor systems, services, and performance
• Manage DNS, DHCP, and firewall requests
• Automate scripts and software deployment (Powershell, Ansible, GIT)
• Package and deploy software via Intune and SCCM
• Create and maintain documentation and procedures
• Coordinate small projects and changes within IT
• Support internal teams and external partners
• Translate technical information into user-friendly language

🖥 TECH STACK

Microsoft / Windows: Windows 10 & 11, Server 2016-2019, Active Directory, Azure AD, AAD Connect

Azure: Cloud management, configuration, monitoring

Linux / OpenShift (nice-to-have): Red Hat 8/9, CentOS 9, OpenShift 4.16-4.18

Automation & Scripting: Powershell, Ansible, Bash (asset), GIT/Gitlab

Monitoring & Tools: Zabbix, Dynatrace, Jira, Netterrain

Networking / Security: Firewall requests, DNS/DHCP config, network troubleshooting

🫵 YOUR PROFILE

Must-haves:

• 3+ years of experience in Windows & Azure environments
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Team player with autonomy and process awareness
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Fluent in French or Dutch; professional English

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Linux and OpenShift
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and network management
• Certifications in Windows, Azure, OpenShift, Powershell, Ansible, Fortigate
