Freelance SAP Support Engineer (EWM Rollout)

About the Role

A leading manufacturing company in Zaventem is seeking a Freelance SAP Support Engineer to join their team for a major EWM rollout project. You will play a key role in supporting approximately 400 end users, ensuring smooth business operations by resolving incidents, unblocking processes, and providing Level 1 SAP support across multiple functional areas. This role is ideal for someone early in their SAP career who wants to deepen their expertise in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 SAP Support for end users across the business (approx. 400 users). Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP incidents in a timely manner. Support the EWM rollout project, ensuring business continuity during deployment. Unblock business processes and escalate issues when necessary. Document incidents, resolutions, and process updates.

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of SAP experience (applications exceeding 5+ years will not be considered). Experience in one or more SAP modules: MM, SD, EWM, or IBP. Strong understanding of SAP support processes and incident management. English proficiency required; French is a strong bonus.
