Senior Data Analyst – Brussels (3‑month contract, extendable)

A leading logistics organisation is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to strengthen its data capabilities and support the growth of its national network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end dashboard development: data collection, modelling, transformation and Power BI visualisation
• Build and maintain scalable data models and Python scripts for processing, simulation and optimisation
• Develop a strong understanding of system architecture and data dependencies across operational and IT environments
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and collaborate closely with central data teams
• Analyse usage and profitability of pickup points and lockers, delivering insights to improve capacity and operational performance
• Prepare financial and operational performance reports for management
• Monitor real‑time operational data and recommend improvements

Profile

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Python (mandatory)
• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics, BI or similar analytical roles
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights
• Knowledge of data modelling and data‑quality practices
• Comfortable working in low‑maturity data environments
• Fluent in English
