Medior UX Designer (FR & NL)

Intro

We are looking for a Medior UX Designer to improve the user experience of digital applications and websites of our client.

You will contribute to end-to-end UX processes: from user research and need analysis to prototyping, validation, and accessibility compliance. This is a hands-on design role with strong collaboration across analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.

A portfolio is mandatory.

Responsibilities

User Research & Needs Analysis

• Participate in business and user needs analysis.
• Plan and execute research methods (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests).
• Recruit participants and gather qualitative and quantitative insights.

UX & Interface Design

• Design low- and high-fidelity interfaces (mobile-first prototyping).
• Translate insights into intuitive, user-centered solutions.
• Support analysts and developers in implementing user interfaces.
• Ensure the final application meets user expectations and context needs.

Accessibility & Design System

• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Maintain and evolve the Design System.
• Contribute to Service Design initiatives using iterative methodologies.

Collaboration & Communication

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and project teams.
• Participate actively in workshops and co-creation sessions.
• Ensure consistency and quality across digital touchpoints.

Experience & Expertise

• Proven experience as a UX Designer .
• Experience in Service Design and iterative design processes is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Figma
• Adobe XD
• Axure
• Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards .
