Mandatory Experience in:
• Proficiency in navigating and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, ServiceNow ATF, ...)
• Understanding of ServiceNow's scripting and automation capabilities, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for the ServiceNow platform.
• Understanding of test automation strategies and when to apply them.
• Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards to ensure testing accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience with performance testing and security testing.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools and platforms. Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for ServiceNow integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and think analytically to resolve complex automation challenges.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest updates and changes in ServiceNow.
