Business Development Manager – EV Charging Location: Antwerp, Belgium We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in EV charging solutions to drive growth in the Belgian and wider Benelux market. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the EV charging ecosystem (CPOs, fleet operators, real estate, utilities, municipalities, and partners) Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in e-mobility Work closely with technical, project, and marketing teams to deliver tailored customer solutions Proven experience in business development or sales within EV charging, e-mobility, energy, or infrastructure Strong understanding of AC/DC charging, charging networks, and related business models Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus) Opportunities for career growth and professional development A dynamic, international, and sustainability-driven work environment
