Machine Operator

Join the dynamic team at our client’s pallet production facility in Snaaskerke (Gistel) as an experienced Machine Operator. As a key player in their operations, you will be responsible for the efficient setup and operation of automated machinery, ensuring adherence to ISO quality standards.

Your role will involve:

• Executing tasks as per production orders, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Setting up and operating automated machinery with precision.
• Reporting any discrepancies or damage clearly on quality sheets.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
• Ensuring efficient machine operation with a focus on safety and quality.
• Supplying the machine with necessary materials, both manually and using semi-automatic systems.

Profile Description: 

Our client is seeking a technically skilled Machine Operator with the following qualifications:

• Technical knowledge and understanding of machine operations.
• Experience in a mechanical environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Stress-resistant with the ability to handle defects or errors in the production line.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Availability to work in a two-shift system.
• Own transportation is required.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, or English.
