Senior Quantity Surveyor – CSA Hyperscale Data Centre | Belgium Salary up to €150,000 + package | Contractor option available We’re partnering with a leading international construction consultancy to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor (CSA) on a flagship 80MW hyperscale data centre project in Belgium. This is a career-defining role for a senior commercial professional who wants to operate at the cutting edge of mission-critical infrastructure delivery. You’ll be embedded in a high-performing, multicultural team on a technically demanding, fast-paced programme where commercial leadership, accuracy, and innovation truly matter. Work on a major hyperscale data centre with global visibility Join a consultancy renowned for excellence in complex infrastructure delivery Salary up to €150,000 (or highly competitive day rate for contractors) Collaborative, international team culture with real autonomy and influence As Senior Quantity Surveyor – CSA, you will provide full commercial and contractual leadership across the civil, structural and architectural scope of the project. You’ll be a trusted advisor to both client and delivery teams, ensuring value, control, and commercial rigour from pre-contract through to final account. Driving value engineering while maintaining quality and performance standards Providing ongoing commercial and contract support across the project lifecycle Analysing tenders to ensure best market value and optimal procurement outcomes Performing interim valuations and managing payments using EVM Forecasting and monitoring cash flow and accruals, liaising with client finance teams Supporting final accounts and claims resolution Producing cost analysis, reporting and lessons learned to inform future programmes Have worked on data centres or other complex sectors such as life sciences, semiconductor, or battery manufacturing Bring solid pre- and post-contract cost management expertise Are fluent in English (written and spoken) Enjoy building strong relationships and thrive in collaborative, high-energy teams If you’re ready to step into a senior commercial role on a landmark hyperscale project — with the backing of a world-class consultancy and exceptional reward — we’d like to hear from you.
