SAP Project Manager (SAP DRC / PEPPOL & SAP BTP – API Project)

Languages: Dutch & English (mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead strategic SAP initiatives, with a strong focus on SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance – PEPPOL) and an API integration project on SAP BTP.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance, system integration, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires both strong SAP functional understanding and solid project governance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP projects from initiation to go-live and hypercare
• Manage the implementation and optimization of SAP DRC (PEPPOL e-invoicing compliance)
• Drive API development and integration initiatives within SAP BTP
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business, IT, SAP consultants, external vendors)
• Ensure compliance with local and international e-invoicing regulations
• Define project scope, timelines, budget, and risk management plans
• Oversee system integrations between SAP and external platforms
• Monitor project KPIs and report progress to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure documentation, governance, and quality standards are met

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as SAP Project Manager (5+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SAP DRC (Document & Reporting Compliance), specifically PEPPOL
• Experience with SAP BTP and API-based integration projects
• Solid understanding of SAP architecture and integration concepts
• Experience managing external vendors and cross-border stakeholders
• Strong project management methodology knowledge (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Dutch and English fluent (both written and spoken)
