Lead Developer

ppbLead Technical Specialist (M/V/X) – Touring Careers /b /ppTouring is looking for a Lead Technical Specialist (teamleader developers) to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The role combines people management, technical ownership of architecture, cloud development and continuous improvement of our IT landscape. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn the technical design, development, testing, deployment and support of internal IT solutions, from front‑end and back‑end components to APIs and integrations. /liliCollaborate with the Lead Architect, QA Lead and Lead Analyst to define technical approaches and produce design documentation. /liliGuide and coach a team of developers, ensuring code quality, technical debt reduction, secure coding practices, and adherence to architectural standards. /liliPlan and deliver on development cycles, prioritising work, meeting deadlines and SLA requirements. /liliFacilitate knowledge sharing and drive continuous improvement initiatives. /liliMaintain and evolve the cloud infrastructure and architecture, primarily within Microsoft Azure. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role. /liliStrong technical and functional insight; experience in developing internal applications and automations (Power Automate, etc.). /liliHands‑on experience with .NET, SQL, Azure DevOps, API Management, Power Platform and Azure Integration Platform is preferred. /liliProficient in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. /liliFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, PM² or Prince2 methodologies. /liliExcellent leadership, communication and mentoring skills. /liliCertifications such as TOGAF, Azure Architect Expert, SAFe, Scrum Master/PO are a plus. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliKey role in the digital transformation of a leading mobility player. /liliModern office environment with the latest technology. /liliTeam of motivated professionals in an open culture. /liliFlexible working hours and hybrid work option. /liliProfessional growth opportunities and training support. /liliCompetitive salary plus benefits: 13th and 14th month salary, hospitalisation group insurance, meal vouchers, free gym access, and more. /li /ulpLocation: Brussels, Belgium.
