The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in regulatory topics, digital transformation, and investment product management, enabling them to contribute both client-side and internally to NORRIQ's strategic initiatives.brstrongClient-Sidebr/strongstrongRoles Responsibilitiesbr/strongulliWork within cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver strategic projects in the Wealth Asset Management domain. Example projects include: /liliLaunching and managing investment products, such as Robo-advisors. /liliDigitizing customer flows to enhance user experience and streamline operations. /liliIncorporating ESG requirements into investment processes and reporting frameworks. /liliEngage stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into detailed business requirements and functional specifications. /liliPerform gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in existing processes, and systems to ensure alignment regulatory compliance (ex. MiFID-II).br/li /ulstrongInternallybr/strongulliContribute to NORRIQ’s growing expertise in Wealth Asset Management by conducting market research, developing proposals, and supporting business development activities. /liliPlay a proactive role in knowledge sharing, supporting internal training, and coaching sessions to foster continuous learning.br/li /ulstrongProfilebr/strongulliExperience: 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner preferably in the domain of Wealth Asset Management (or a similar domain). /liliTechnical Skills: Proficient in business analysis with a track record of turning complex concepts into actionable requirements. /liliIndustry Expertise: /liliDigital transformation and/or /liliInvestment product management and/or; /liliRegulatory frameworks (e.g., MiFID-II, ESG); /liliProject Management: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management within cross-functional teams. /liliLanguages: English and in Dutch or French, with at least a passive knowledge of the other language. /liliSoft Skills: Strong communicator with an analytical approach, proactive mindset, team spirit, and adaptability.
