Fluency in Dutch is a prerequisite. /ph3Your Role /h3pThe Operations Support department stands for thorough preparation before a dredging project begins. Their goal is to provide the on-site project team with a complete and workable plan – the key to efficient, safe, and cost-effective execution. Your responsibilities include: /pulliYou develop execution plans based on input from tender engineers, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and engineering firms where necessary. /liliYou coordinate with various internal departments to achieve a clear plan and a well-defined division of roles. /liliYou work closely with the Construction (Works) Manager Dredging Operations Support on the assigned project. /liliYou oversee communication between all parties and ensure the chosen approach is safe, effective, and cost-efficient. /liliYou prepare detailed operational requirements and the corresponding equipment list in preparation for mobilisation; you organise this process, monitor its proper execution, and actively support the start-up of mobilisation. /liliYou respond quickly to problems and collaborate with the appropriate departments to implement solutions. /liliYou contribute to the optimisation of processes and methods, and ensure best practices are shared within the team and across the organisation. /li /ulh3What you need to have /h3ulliA bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial or civil engineering, or equivalent. /liliAt least four years of technical experience on dredging projects. /liliExcellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
